When the only thing you care about is getting your mind blown by awesome authentic Mexican food, come here. No frills service or ambiance... it's authentic. I eat at a lot of taquerias. This one is excellent. A big plus is free chips and salsa which not all taquerias offer (but you may need to request it). One standout is their Tortas. I've never had one I really loved until this place. I got the Picosa. It rocked! The dark red roasted tomato salsa with bits of cilantro is excellent too.

Ate tacos my kids ate em if they ate them you know they're good.

Best tortas around Keller. I always end up here when I can’t think of what to eat. Really good Mexican food. Never judge a book by its cover.

Small little place almost hidden from public eye. It was delicious, hopefully the secret won't get out so It will not be too crowded when I want to go. Kind of selfish of me to think that way. Open for breakfast , lunch and dinner. Give it a try.

The best breakfast burritos!

Heard about their spicky pork tacos and visited but they were out of it. I tried tortas instead it was really good. Would love to go again to try the spicy pork tacos. The chicken hard shell 🌮 are amazing too

Real Mexican not TexMex. Hole in the wall joint. Large burritos, mexican street tacos and expand sodas. Being from southern California I don't like TexMex food and when I moved to Texas that's mostly what you get. I was really excited when I found this place.

Right off of 377 so you can't miss this place. I recommend parking on the side for easier in and out. Authentic food here. Made to order so be prepared for a little wait. Breakfast was tasty and highly recommended. Consistently good food every time I have been here.

Nice quaint little place with really good food. If you get the breakfast tacos, beware. They really pack food into it and you get more food for your money. You cannot go wrong getting food here. 10/10 I will definitely be going back.

The food here is solid. We've tried almost everything on their menu and it is all above average except the tortas which are phenomenal. There is a kid who works there (the owner's kid, maybe?) who can be kind of a jerk, but I have a teenager myself and understand that they are all temporarily insane, lol.

5/3/2019 I went to this place cause I saw the reviews online. Did not get what I ordered and was tight on the asada on my taco. Took a while to get my tacos, so just ate what was given. I do not recommend this place.

Great place for Mexican food. It's a bit of a dive with limited seating. Try to avoid going right at noon as it gets backed up but still worth the wait should you have to. Definitely recommend any of the tacos or the pupusa's.

Fantastic authentic Mexican food. Owners are super nice and friendly and make your food to order. Street tacos, tortas, burritos, and for the ones that grew up with menudo they have it here. Great spot for a light snack or a big meal with great prices.

I have been coming here since they opened. I have eaten every menu item and the food is perfect every time. Breakfast and lunch is awesome. Small dining area inside but it works somehow. There is a high % of customers that take out. They will take your phone call and prepare your order in advance to save you precious time. Rogelio and his family are just a sweet group of people. I am always greeted with a smile and I’ve been coming for so long they already know my order when I walk in. I have tried other places and food trucks around Keller and they are gross. Jalepeños tastes fresh and authentic. Their salsas are equally amazing. If you have not been here....slap yourself.... then hurry....jump in the car and get there fast. You’ll thank me for the recommendation.

Meaning to try this place and finally stopped by. OMG yes. I will be back. Big Cali carne asada burrito is wonderful and the salsa is great (I'm not a fan of tex mex salsas).

Jalapeño Taqueria is the definition of hole-in-the-wall. The place is tiny, and usually pretty busy. The cooking here is a a curious blend of traditional Mexican and comfort food. The couple that runs the restaurant are always happy to help out. Jalapeno's also has the best breakfast burritos in town, bar none.

Everything a taqueria should be, small, cheap and delicious. Came in Sunday morning and enjoyed quiet lengua tacos and an ice cold jarritos in a booth. It's good for your soul.

Terrific tacos! This is a mom and pop taqueria with homemade food. I tried a variety of street tacos and the meats were well seasoned and fresh. The salsas are good too.

Ordered by phone to save some time. Order was correct, fresh and delicious. Street tacos are made with fresh homemade corn tortillas. Breakfast tacos are packed with eggs and cheese in a fresh flour tortilla. Medium salsa was just right for flavor and spice. Worth every penny!

This place simply knows how to serve their customers. Consistently with a very nice attitude. The food is affordably priced, always flavorful and neat.

This place has amazing chorizo breakfast burritos. Sometimes it can be a little busy on the weekends but it is always worth the wait.

Came in on a whim with work colleagues because it's National Taco Day! It's a small place but still pretty "home" feeling. Got three tacos, and I'm gonna be frank, they were AWESOME. Can't believe I haven't been here before.

Good little hole-in-the-wall taqueria. I had the spicy pork tacos and reallly enjoyed the flavor. It seems to be family run, which gives the place a nice feel. I'll be coming back to try the sopes.

Takes awhile but worth it

This is THE go to spot for street taco's and torta's! You won't get better, more authentic Mexican food without driving much further away. Get down there and get some taco's!

I was so pleasantly surprised by how awesome the service and food was here! If you want something fresh, this is seriously the place to get it. I watched the bacon being freshly cooked, the eggs being cracked and scrambled, and it was made so well. I will definitely be coming back!
